Why are your international delivery timelines so long?Updated 9 months ago

Yes...this is a frustration point for us too. The OSleeve has been designed and continues to be made in New Zealand using custom tooling. 

Prior to the 1st April 2024, we shipped from New Zealand which dramatically impacted our shipping transit times to the rest of the world (unless you were in NZ or AUS). During that phase in our startup journey, transit times were usually between 10 - 20 working days...which is a really long time when you're waiting to protect your smart ring!

Orders shipped after 1st April 2024, we started to ship from the USA which improved transit times to our American customers to about 3 - 5 working days. 

To the rest of the world, you're still looking at 5 - 10 working days...yes, that's working days (that excludes weekends and holidays in the count). We strive to make this REALLY clear in every correspondence we send, including the selection at checkout. 

Additionally, our shipping volume means we simply don't (yet) have the buying power that larger companies have, who can negotiate aggressive shipping pricing with some of the best logistics companies.

So, what you see in the shipping options is what you can get for now.
