OSleeve Active Sizing: Oura Ring 5 vs Universal FitUpdated 17 days ago

The short answer

If your packing slip or order confirmation shows a size that looks different from what you expected, your product is likely correct.

OSleeve Active uses two different sizing systems depending on which ring you own, and the same physical cover can be labelled differently across them.

Why there are two sizing systems

OSleeve Active covers are designed to fit a wide range of smart rings.

Most ring brands follow what we call our Universal sizing system (Small, Medium, Large based on standard ring circumference).

Oura Ring 5 uses a different set of physical dimensions than most other rings on the market due to the smaller face width. Because of this, the same OSleeve Active cover that fits a Universal Small can be the correct fit for an Oura Ring 5 Large, depending on the exact ring size.

This means one physical product can carry two different size labels, depending on which ring it is being matched to.

What this means for your order

If you ordered based on your Oura Ring 5 size, the product you receive is matched to that. If your packing slip shows a Universal size label instead of your Oura 5 size, this is because our fulfilment system currently tracks inventory by a single shared code across both sizing systems. The physical product is still correct for your Oura Ring 5. Here is an example of what this might look like on your packing slip:

SKUDescription
OSL5-CLR-S
OSleeve Luxe Clear - Universal Small / Oura 5 Large

We are aware this can be confusing, and we are actively working on a fix so that future orders show the size label that matches the ring you actually own.
