I'd like to return my OSleeve. What are my options?Updated a year ago

I think there is something wrong with my OSleeve

Maybe there is a rip, maybe the OSleeve has gotten too loose. Whatever the reason, you don't think it's supposed to do that.

While we do quality checks before we package our OSleeves if you receive a defective item or you have a quality issue with the OSleeve within the first 30 days, then we will either replace it for free or refund your purchase.

Please get in touch via the live chat or by email at [email protected].

If the OSleeve ripped while doing some type of activity that might have damaged your smart ring, then we call that a 'protective event'. That means the OSleeve did its job. As a sacrificial protector, it may become irreversibly damaged in the process of protecting your smart ring. If that happens, let us know and we'll provide a discount code to reorder a new OSleeve.

I've returned my smart ring and don't need the OSleeve anymore

If your OSleeve is unused and you have the original packaging, then we can help you initiate a return. Please follow the option in the live chat option at the bottom right of the screen.

I've used the OSleeve for a few weeks now and just can't get used to the cover

For >95% of our customers (including our entire team) wearing the OSleeve as a full-time protector is no issue at all. They get peace of mind and forget they're wearing the OSleeve after a short while.

We often find the biggest issue is when people go into this wanting to wear the OSleeve full-time AND they're already uncomfortable with their smart ring.

However, for those who have very small fingers and/or no gaps between their fingers, wearing a smart ring is already uncomfortable. Add another fraction of an inch with any type of protector and it becomes a very hard adjustment.

What we recommend is to only use the OSleeve when you know you'll be doing something to risk damaging your smart ring. Sure, that means you aren't protecting it 24/7, but it does mean you'll have a backup plan should you want to go rowing, throw around a kettlebell, do some gardening, work on your chin-ups, change a flat tire, or anything that you think oh..."metal-on-metal" is bad.

Trust us, if you don't have a backup plan...there will likely be tears when you get that huge scratch on your expensive smart ring. In that case, we recommend holding onto it.
